Kobe Bryant is one of the best players ever in the NBA. Kobe combines dynamic mobility and tremendous clutch shooting in his game. He has a great ability to get to the foul line and finishing difficult shots. Kobe models his game after Michael Jordan and was named the league MVP in 2008.

Kobe was born August 23, 1978 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He stands 6'6" and weighs about 219 lbs. Kobe was drafted in 1996 in 1st round, the 13th pick overall by the Hornets, and was subsequently traded to the Lakers for Vlade Divacs. Kobe's wife is Vanessa Bryant and they have two daughters together- Gianna Bryant and Natalia Bryant. As of 2009, Kobe Bryant has won four NBA Championships with the first three coming with Shaquille O'Neal. Kobe was also named the MVP of the 2009 NBA Finals.
