Jelani McCoy Makes His Statement To Join Lakers

 Jelani won a championship with the Lakers during the 02 season. He didn't play a lot back then since Shaq was the starting center. But, he has been coached by Phil Jackson and knows the Triangle. The Pic shows Jelani going up to block a Shaq dunk attempt while playing for Toronto. Since being released by the Nuggest a short time ago he has joined the LA DeFenders. Known for his defense and shot blocking, he displayed some offensive skills in the games I viewed while with the Nuggets. Since returning to the DeFenders he is only hitting an embarassing 87% from the field. Well, embarassing for whomever is suppose to be stopping him. No missed dunks or layups around the rim for Jalani. JamFan
