I AM SICK OF TIRED OF PEOPLE HATING KOBE, AND SAYING HOW GREAT ANDREW BYNUM "WILL BECOME"...LIKE I TOLD EVERYONE WHEN THE LAKERS DRAFTED HIM LAST YEAR...HE WILL BECOME THE NEXT BENOIT BENJAMIN..SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A BENOIT BENJAMIN..GREAT HES YOUR MAN...BUT FOR THE LAKERS NOT TO TRADE HIM, TO GET SOMEONE BETTER, WHEN YOU HAVE THE GREATEST...NO I DIDNT STUTTER..GREATEST PLAYER OF ALL TIME!!!..KOBE BRYANT...THAN AS AN ORGANIZATION..YOU MIDAS WELL TRADE HIM...EVERYONE IS MAD BECAUSE OF WHAT KOBE HAS DONE THE LAST FEW WEEKS...BUT WHO HEAR...WOULDNT DO THAT IF THEY WERE IN HIS SHOES...WHETHER IT BE IN THE NBA..OR YOUR JOB AT MCDONALDS..WHAT SEPARATES HIM..AND MAKES HIM GREAT..IS HIS ULTIMATE DESIRE FOR GREATNESS...NOT SCORING TITLES, MVPS..BUT CHAMPIONSHIPS...IF ALL THE FANS THAT POSTED HERE..WERE TRUE FANS...WE'D STAND BEHIND KOBE..AND NOT BETRAY HIM NOW...I CHALLENGE ANYONE ON THIS FORUM..TO PROVE ME WRONG..IM WAITING.

By the way they drafted Bynum two years ago. It's OK for you to be a Kobe fan. But he just told two Lakers fans to go out and get Chicago Bulls jerseys. He told ESPN he's gone. He told Jerry Buss he's gone. He told Mitch Kupcake he's gone. He has told the whole world he wants to be gone. So, you can continue to support your favorite player, you are just going to have to go out and buy the NBA season pass so you can get all the Bulls games. He will continue to be the greatest player in the NBA, he will just be doing it for another team. That is if he gets his way. That's just it. He doesn't want to be a Laker anymore so he doesn't need you anymore, unless you want to become a Bulls fan.

Well tr, frankly, you havn't PROVEN yourself right as ths clearly is speculation. Bynum showed some slowess running up the court lat year, but so did most of the players except Kobe, Maurice, Sasha and Rony. The team is in clonflict on and off the court.
Re Andrew, like Kwame mind you, his education was IN THE NBA. He was a late started ot the sport and your are correct, the road to medicrity is paved with great potential, but you should not give up on him too quickly. He still calls the coach Sir and imagines his instructions from Kareem in the game which is why is so deliberate and mechancial looking on offense. Paul Westphal the comentator last year would shudder at his lack of use and direction and often said he could be scoring 20 a game (last year). I think when a team is not synchronized and happy, this affects everyone. Think of a child in an unhappy marriage. Their potential is lost in the mire of misery.
I think Kareem ought to stop making him a back to the basket player and let him shoot. He has great hands and great touch and it''s unnatural for him to play Kareem's game. Teach him the hook and thn get the hell out of the gym. Great players don't make great teachers necessarily. Byno is not in the Summer League this year so what special pills and workouts ar they feeding him in secret? The Mihm deal suggests thete is a trade afoot and I don't think it will be Bynum. We already lost Shaq, the franchise cannot recover from losing another formidable center unless we get JO and no other in return and even that to me is questionable.
Fix the misery and energize the hearts. Think of the first half of last season. Everybody, includng Phil was twice as effective and happy. I blame Phil more than anybody for allowing so many issues to contionued unattended to.
