Pres Enterprise: DJ Mbenga’s 10-day contract expires today.
Jackson said Mbenga, averaging 1.7 points and 1.3 rebounds, will travel with the Lakers, indicating they’re going to give him another 10-day contract. |

| This is why getting Kidd and losing other bigs like Kwame, LO and Mihm is not a good idea. WE ARE PICKING UP DJ FOR ANOTHER 10 DAY CONTRACT! He seems like a poor man's Kwame!!!!????!!!! |

| Oh no fellas, I know we need him now. But, thats why giving away bigs to get Kidd doesn't seem to make any sense. That was my only point. |

If he's a poor man's Kwame, then I would hate to see a poor man's Mbenga |

| We are not signing him for any skill we think he posesses, we are just buying time with an extra body while Bynum is out. We really are not paying him anything so it seems right to resign him. I would love to see us sign Chris Webber for the season even now that we have Gasol. |

Webber signed with the Warriors a few days ago. |
