| Kobe won the Slam Dunk contest in 97 I believe, he has participated in the Rising stars challenge, the Skills Challenge Last year, the three point shootout is something he's never done before |

| Yeah, the 3-point contest is something that he has yet to try. Why not? He's one of the better three-point shooters out there. |

| Kobe's got one of the best shots in the NBA...I saw a video from the 2006 all-star weekend where Kobe squared up at halfcourt and shot a three and swished it...it was pretty cool...I wouldn't be surprised if he won it...it could be just another thing to add to Kobe's list of accomplishments...they just want Kobe to show how clutch he really is...hopefully he plays in it... |

| kobe has been in the 3 point shoot out before... it was like in 2001 when he did it... he didn't do too well.... I think he has a better shot this go-round. he's gotten better. |
