We have many free agents this year so who do we keep and how much do we pay them?

    FA and their salaries:
    Kwame -$9 million
    Turiaf-$770000
    Sasha-$1.75 million
    Ariza-$3.1 million
    Mihm-2.5 million

    This is a repost

    FA

Kwame- we need to keep kwame, but pay him less moneys
    - he is an exceptional player as a backup..... power forward. remember what he did in the playoffs 2 years ago
turiaf- sign him for more, he is the heart and soul of the team. not only that he is a very good finisher and player
Sasha- i love the guy. they say he can shoot well in practice. but apart from rare occasions when he shows it ... he sucks... on the court
    Ariza- yes
    -great defensive player
    Mihm - no
    - i love this guy. but hes always injured
    - we need a spot for someone else

Mihm has a player option. That means that it is his choice to accept the 2.5 million for next year or become a free agent. He will more than likely take the player option because no one will pay him more because of his injuries

Kwame played C in those playoffs two years ago.

    Sign
    1. Turiaf for a lot more money!
    2. Ariza

As much as I like Sasha, I don't have a feeling that he will get sign. So I expect Mitch to trade him....But if we go deep in the playoffs, Im know that Sasha will be on the team

Sign everybody but Sasha and Mihm.
Sasha because we need to find J-Critt the playing time and I beleive that he will be this years Jordan Farmer next season.
Chris Mihm is just always injured. I loved the last full season he played he was great.

sasha is so streaky though. id hate for him to be nailing jumpers against us. imagine if hes the "best player in practice", and he plays against us on another team... it might just be like at practice for him.

I agree with everything you said.I know alot of people will say let Kwame go,but we need him next year too back up Bynum. He will give us a break and sign for alot less then he would anywhere else. The only way we dont sign him is if Mitch want to make a spot on the roster for Gasol(Marc).

I would keep Ariza, Turiaf, and maybe Sasha. We definitely need to keep Ariza since he is a very good defender, slasher, and athletic player. We need to keep Turiaf because I believe he is perfect on this team. He can play PF or C, and he is the most energetic player in the game, so we need to keep his energy. I really don't mind if we don't keep Sasha, but I wouldn't mind if he was on the team either. We should let both Kwame and Mihm go.

I believe that we will have 1-2 million dollars and the MLE or just the MLE, but I am not totally sure.

We do not have Kwame anymore so no i guess...I would resign Sasha and Ariza. I would possibly sign Mihm again, depending on how he bounces back after the injury.

Sasha has the qualifying offer to take for him not to lose his Bird Rights. The QO amounts to about 2.7m next year...

Chris Mihm signed a one-year Bird deal wherein the 2nd year of his contract is a player option. If he chooses to go elsewhere, I say good Luck Chris, thank you. But this depends on him opting out...

Trevor Ariza has a year left on his contract depending on his option. Being an LA native and considering he was a bench warmer before coming here, I believe he will take his option and still be with our team next year.

Lastly, Ronny Turiaf. Ronny is a restricted Free Agent next year. Meaning keeping him is within our hands. Its just a matter of how much.

We gottaget our bench cheerleader Ronny Turiaflove his attitude and his desire to play every game!!!
Ariza is another player i'd want to take back next year just for his defense and slash ability.
Sasha is a great shooter with a nice 3pt percentage but definitely not a fat long term contract just in case if he turns out like Luke Walton, i'll be cool to sign him MLE but other than that he can walk.
