| Lakers have some momentum now and should do good against teams like Memphis. I have not read the injury report for the Grizz, but don't under estimate any team in the nba. Sometimes the teams that look easy are the one that will upset you. |

Gasol had an injury earlier this year IIRC.
~Here are my keys to this game
-close out on Miller. Guy is a deadly sharpshooter.
-Win the point guard matchup Conley/Navarro/Lowry vs. Fisher/Farmar/Crittenton
-Abuse Gasol inside. unlike his yougner brother Marc, Pau isn't much of a banger. I'd have Odom on him at the defensive end at times but Bynum should defintely dominate on the offense end. Kwame helps with the D as well |

| memphis has been playing better than usual, and they have come close to beating the celtics (lost by 4) and they just beat the miami heat, and they always manage to get the better of us at their stadium, so don't expect this one to be that easy, if easy at all. But the lakers have been playing great.....GO Lakers!!!!!! |

| To be honest I'm more worried about the NO game. It's gonna be tough but I think we'll pull through and go 2-0 in this road trip. 14-0 in the month of January you hear it here first! |

| Yea! Lakers have struggled in the past with the Grizz, but we didn't have Bynum playing the way he is dominating teams. But, you are right Gasol has given the Lakers problems. He is a tall seven footer and can shoot the perimeter shot. Miller is another player that can be dangerous. If the Lakers play to their potential we should be OK. |

| Bynum should have a big game, against the likes of darco. Odom might have a slight problem on defense against gasol, but will be a bigger defensive nightmare for gasol. Barring any stupid "hits" to the face, kobe dominates the matchup against miller. Fisher will own staudemire. We might have to start ariza this game. Gay is having a really good season, and we are going to need ariza's defensive intensity, to slow him down. We should be able to win the battles, at all key positions. I predict the lakers by 15. |

Miller has always been the one who broke our backs in previous games, so it's best for Kobe to play him up tight. But nowadays Rudy Gay has been the leader of the team so we might need Ariza to play more minutes to keep him in check.
Bynum will have another big game, Kobe and Fish will get theirs', and Lamar might just have a field day offensively against Gasol. |

I luckily live in Southern California, so I always had the chance to see them. In fact, when I was young, I chose the Lakers because of how well they played as a team and because they were close by.
When I started going to school in NY the second semester, the 99-94 loss to New York game, I saw at Madison Square Garden. There were so many people wearing Laker jerseys. I was so excited that there were more Laker fans than Knick fans out there. I was so happy. It really makes you understand the power the Lakers are. |

| I hope we dont look past this team and think about the Hornets showdown Wednesday. The Grizz occasionally step up and knock off a good team so beware. They have knocked off Houston, San Antonio and Orlando this year. |
