| even though the lakers are playing excellent team basketball i still think we are not at our full potential and that we can still be better, i think no one should setltle for just 7 games over 5 hundred. instead we can be 10 if we would of beat new jersey, golden state, and clevelend. and though we lost all three of those games we are still only 2 games back from division leaders and we are tied for 5th in the western coference. plus we do not have kwame brown who brings even more defense to this team. plus bynum hasnt reached his full potential and luke, turiuf, and mihm are still fighting through injurys. odom can be a all star and derek can be one of the top 10 point gaurds in the nba. im not complaining im just saying we can still do better |

| Of course we're not at our full potential...yet...and even if we were the best team in the west, Kobe wouldn't want that...Kobe would want to be the best team in the NBA, and continue to get better...and you know what, his teammates would follow...starting with Fisher, Bynum, & Odom...then the rest would follow... |

| I dont think we are playing excellent ball...we are playing better ball. Until we can establish our selves as what mc hammer use to say " To legit to quit", we are just a better team. We need to regularly compeat with the best..SA threw us out the door with a semi complete team like a 2 dollar hooker. We need vets to compliment our kids... |

| seeing Denver with 15 wins just doesn't look right. Especially when they are surrounded my teams with 17+ wins. It makes me angry. Lakers should have that fourth spot. |

| I dun get why they have that 4 spot as well, seems like its because they have the division lead yea? im confused... anyhow we should have the 4 spot and we better play more consistant than last year to make this work. Otherwise what happened after the All star break last year will happen again... and thats my biggest concern. |

| denver leads the division so they will have a higher seed than us. unless we have a better record than the mavs, we will be stuck in the fifth spot. |

| yea i think that divison situation should be tweaked a little cause a team like denver who we will most likely have a better record than will have the higher seed because of that |

| They just need to get rid of the division winners get a top-4 spot...the standings need to be by the teams record...Denver should be what...6th or 7th...it's just ridiculous... |
