| I just read an article that states that the NETS are willing once again to trade Jason Kidd for Andrew Bynum. Would any of you pull the trigger on the trade? |

| No. Lakers will not trade Bynum for anyone except Wade, Bosh, Melo or Howard. And we all know the answer to that... |

I'd be ok with the following:
Odom, Kwame, Farmar, and Walton and maybe a pick for
Jason Kidd and Richard Jefferson.
Lakers lineup:
Kidd/Fisher/Critt
Bryant/Sasha
Jefferson/Ariza
Rad/Turiaf
Bynum/Mihm
Net lineup:
Farmar/Willaims
Carter/
Walton/Nachbar
Odom/S. Williams
Kwame/Kristic |

They would never trade jefferson also...!!!!
I say get Kidd for the least possible...
Lamar, Critt, Kwame, Walton...everybody else should be untouchable!! |

| I have been one of the only firm believers that the lakers are pretty much fine with the team they have, they dont need anything drastic. Even during the summer I believed the lakers were fine, even when everyone was saying to clean house. They just needed that One key player, I will admit I was upset when the lakers did not trade bynum for Kidd because I thought we needed another big name or a point guard. Once we did not re-sign Smush, that was addition by substraction, getting rid of Cook was also addition by substraction, by getting rid of those 2 players, the Lakers automatically got better. We drafted a young prospect with high potential in J-Critt and have a rising PG in Farmar, I knew and know Farmar will be one of the all time greats. This team just needs to develop, I would not trade for Kidd at this point if we have to give up on of our PG's. We dont need a PG we need a PF and for LO to step up, it is just so frustrating cause he has the potential to be great but he does not seem to try. The only pleayers I would give up are Sasha, Kwame, Karl, Mihm, Walton and Lamar (depending on who we would get). If we could get Kidd using the combination of these players, I would do it but I would not give up Kwame and Mihm in the same trade. I would be ok with trading lamar for Kidd because Ariza is showing he might be able to get the job done. We also have to think about what the team would look like without Kobe. If Kobe leaves, I would still want a chance to win in the near future. If we trade for Kidd and give up the young potential, and Kobe leaves anyway, we would be where NJ is now. I think this team just needs to develop. |

Kidd/Fish
Kobe/Javaris
Odom/Ariza

| I would not do that trade. too many players, too much size, not enough in return. Vlad and J-critt have a long future. Kidd has 2 or 3 good years left in him at the most. Vlad is a shooter, so he can play until his shot is gone, which will take longer than 5 years and J-critt as a tremendous upside. I would not do it. No way unless the throw in Richard jefferson or Vince and we throw in LO, I would. (just my opinion) |
