first of all let me say that im sorry for creating another odom thread and im not just creating it because im really pissed off about tonites loss.
its time to let this guy go. i have been saying that he is an overpaid inconsistent player for the past 2 seasons. what frustrates me even more is when posters on here get big stiffy's when he has a 25-15 game and everyone starts saying that he is an all star and is better than JO and marion. BULLSHITE! i have said in the past and i still feel bad for him because of what happened to his son and as a person, the man has a lot of heart. but on the court he is a heartless coward! odom wants nothing more than to see his teammates and bench kick arse like they have been so he can hide behind them and get his 10-8 with an occasional 25-15 performance.
we have to put this kobe/lamar experience to rest. the man cannot be relied on night in and night out. what the fu*k happened tonite? its possible for kobe to have a bad game where he struggles like he did tonite but thats when we need that heartless coward to step up since he's a our 14 Million dollar a year second option, and help carry this team to victory. instead he plays like a pu$$y and has that stupid look on his head missing layups and not showing any emotion on the court. im through being nice to him and his offseason surgery will not be used as an excuse by me anymore. he played great in his first game back and kicked arse against the pistions, so why cant he keep playing like that? we cant keep using that weak shoulder of his as an excuse everytime he has a bad game, and believe me, there are more to come.
this overpaid third or fourth option needs to go and soon, before other teams start realizing what most of us have realized. and all star? are u kidding me? i dont ever want to hear anyone say that he is better than j howard, artest, JO, marion, g wallace, or any other forward that is all star caliber. we need to get rid of him asap and move on. he is not a good fit for this team, nor will he ever be a good fit on any team that is competing for a title that has to rely on his production. put his arse on the spurs and he is their fourth option. he wouldnt even be in the game at the end of close games if he were on the spurs. he would be on the bench watching horry, duncan, manu, parker, and bowen competeing, with finley ahead of him.
sorry for the rant but i hope most of you see what i have been seeing for the past 2 seasons. ODOM IS AN OVERPAID HEARTLESS COWARD THAT NEEDS TO BE DUMPED! |

| Yes I agree, the Lakers should try and get Artest, Marion, or JO for Lamar. |

| I agree 110% Cnic..I think you and I are the only ones not fooled by these inconsistant token games that LO has. He is a decent player, not the superstar we need. He would do great on another team where he would not be intimidated by the star player (KB). LO is like a stripper at the club...she will tease you and tease you to get the pay day..but at the end of the day, she will not deliever. If are going to make a run at this thing, we need to trade LO for a legit star...I apologize to all the LO lovers..maybe someone can do a tribute for him when he is gone.. |

| Cool..if we are going to have a legit shot ...we need a consistant option number 2...look at the spurs..those boys are consistant everynight..that is what it takes to be number 1...good teams do not lose the second of a back to back to a team like the bucks...That is what you get with a young team...let's ship LO off while he is showing good and I will take JO as a power forward...or artest as a three.. |

| LO is one of the most inconsistent players, who have potential to be very good on a consistent basis. We need to trade him for a consistent and legit second option, and preferably a PF. Cnick, I completely agree. People think he should be an all-star, but what has he proved, that qualifies him as an all-star calliber player? One 25 point and 15 rebound game, with the next few games barely scratching 10 points and whatever rebounds he is averaging? I don't think so. I hope the FO is ready to trade him away for a real second option. |

Cobbler once again to quote myself "LO is like a stripper at the club...she will tease you and tease you to get the pay day..but at the end of the day, she will not deliever." That is LO's story...he will come up big every once and awhile to show you his potential...but will not deliver it to you...
CNIC...is that insanity to quote yourself? |

i just hope that the kings are desperate to deal artest and a filler for him. if not. jamison is a possibility. he has an expiring 16 mil contract and with kwames expiring, we may have a great shot at signing someone like brand next year. btw, we wont lose anything by trading odom for jamison. if anything we will be better. |

| absolutely, brand would be awesome. i just hope we can move odoms contract, even if its for an expiring so we can have a shot at him. hopefully brand opts out of his deal. |

The Kings Are Not Ready To Deal Artest Since They Not In A Panic Mode To Early For The Kings To Do It Since Mike Bibby Is Still Out As For Jamison That Would Be A Great Guy To Aim For But The Wizards Will Not Trade Him Since Arenas Is Out For 3 Months. |
