Joakim Noah Ruled Out For Game 4 With Sprained Ankle

PHILADELPHIA -- As expected, Bulls center Joakim Noah will miss Sunday's Game 4 against the Philadelphia 76ers because of his severely sprained left ankle.

Coach Tom Thibodeau said Omer Asik will start in Noah's place. Noah suffered the injury during the third quarter of Friday's Game 3 loss to the 76ers.

Noah remains on crutches. Although Thibodeau called him day-to-day and said he is improving, he's doubtful to return for Tuesday's Game 5.
