| He should be coach of the year every year. Best NBA coach ever IMHO. |

ditto. well deserved. How he does it with that team every year is beyond me. They transitioned from a half court team from the 2000's to a run n gun Spurs of the past couple seasons and the wins are still there.
I wish we had a coach like Pop or Carlisle... |

| One of my all-time favorite coaches. Congrats Pop! Well-deserved! It's amazing how he manages to get the Spurs on top in the West every year. The guy is the real genius behind the Spurs. |

If Coach Thibs manage to bring the Bulls to the ECF then I would say he deserves it more.... |

| I dont know but I think the bulls coach deserved the award. I think the reason he didnt win it was because no coach has ever won the award twice in a row. But his club had the best record the whole year and thats mostly without their mvp Rose. |

| Well deserved, no doubt. He's the best coach in the league right now and this is a recognition of that. I already miss the days where it was Phil v Pop. |

Pop-Sloan-Phil...............the good ol' days.
Would be a sad day when Pop calls it quits as well. End of an era. |

Ditto, Marvin.
This guy is amazing. Every year you keep waiting for the old Spurs to fade away into oblivion, and every year Pop just has them right in the thick of things. His coaching job this year may be his best ever. I mean he beat out the Thunder and the Lakers and Dallas.
This guy is getting ridiculous.
What a coach. |

Randy,
He is smart. Look how he rested his players and he knows his players so well that he knows when to leave them in and when to sit them while replacing them with a scrub that will play his a$$ off for him. Note Sloan was a similar type coach and I respected him as well. |
