So, we know Goud has a team option for this season which could get passed on, Duhon may get bought out, Blake may get traded. So there are still plenty of potential moves yet to come, tho less meaningful than what happened over the summer. Minor tweaks you might say, altho getting Barbosa if we did would be a bit more than a tweak. All that said, Sacre hasn't signed yet, Odom hasn't signed yet, and what of Miles and Goud? Who will yet become a Laker, or be kept, or let go?
Here is a summary I just came across. Thought the LTB might want to pipe up and offer their opin's, rather than just read those of LN.

Morris you mean?
Morris is staying, Goudelock we will try to trade along w one of our PGS, now Odom and Sacre I believe will fight for one position along w Nelson.
Nash/ Blake/ Duhon/ Morris
Kobe/ Meeks
MWP/ Ebanks
Gasol/ Jamison/ Clark
Dwight/ Hill
2 open spots
Trade Goudelock and Blake for a 2nd rounder or a vet that's overpaid
Sign Barbosa
Have the other guys battle it out |

| I suppose this means rookies/sophomores. IMO we are keeping Morris, buying out Duhon, trading Blake for any type of draft pick or a player better then him if the other team is stupid enough to do it. We are letting goudelock go. So we get rid of 2-3 players and sign barbosa and Kenyon Martin. I don't think Robert sacre and odom will get drafted. |

There is no longer an option on Goudelock. Window for exercising team options has passed. As he is still on the team, his team option must have been exercised. Unless his contract is non-guaranteed (unlikely as it contained the option) he will get paid.
Duhon also will not get bought out. His contract for the upcoming season is fully guaranteed - it is only the season afterwards that is not. He may get bought out next season, but not this season.
Unless they get traded away, which is highly unlikely as Goudelock has little value and Duhon's contract is too expensive this year, both of these players will be on the Lakers squad, regardless of their actual performance. |

Blake is not an expiring contract. If you want to trade him this season, you will need to give away draft picks, not receive them back. |

Well he's going to have some competition for back up to the back up center because the Lakers signed 7'3 that played for Santa Barbara College. |

LAKERS SIGN ROBERT SACRE
EL SEGUNDO - The Los Angeles Lakers have signed rookie forward/center Robert Sacre, it was announced today. Per team policy, terms of the agreement were not released.
Sacre, a 7-0 forward/center out of Gonzaga, was selected by the Lakers in the second round (60th overall pick) in the 2012 NBA draft. Sacre finished his career with the Bulldogs ranked second all-time in school history in career blocks (186) while averaging 9.4 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in 135 games. As a senior, Sacre was named the 2012 WCC Defensive Player of the Year as well as an All-WCC First-Team honoree while averaging 11.6 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.4 blocks.
Most recently, Sacre started all five games for the Lakers 2012 Summer League team in Las Vegas, averaging 9.0 points, 6.2 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in 30.0 minutes.

| ^ Guy seems like a very mediocre player on the NBA level, but who knows, he might surprise us... |

| I don't think Sacre will be any better than Ronny Turiaf. The dude works hard on his game but i feel like he has already reached his max potential. He has no more room for growth or improvement. |
