    Well our hopes for landing KG when he opts out are gone. He just signed a 3 year extension with the Celtics. He will be a Celtic for the next 5 years. Sad

    Nope he signed the extension so there is no opt out clause

    i've been taking the KG news real hard, i wanted him in LA so bad. now that he cant come, i dont know who's our next option. PLEASE DONT SAY JO. JO is not worth LO + Bynum. thats a BAD trade. i guess we should pursue Artest since Gasol doesn't seem to be on the table.

    im actually happy for KG now. he seems to be happy with the trade since he can contend for a championship now... hopefully the Lakers can find some one else.
