Guys,
there is a lot of complaining right now by some of the guys that are not in this part of the forum, but I thought it, abeit unneeded, to remind you to keep a few things in check for the sake of the quality of this site.
Encourage the new forum because I believe it is working great already
Discourage the haters who are bashing on it so early who aren't a part of it
Remind the newbies that it is a privilege they will soon enjoy
keep any egos in check, because posting here is a benefit to us and it doesn't make us better than others. (this is really important because it is the first thing that crosses anyones mind when they aren't permitted)
As some are already doing be the bridge between the forums and a voice of reason. Nobody is forcing anybody to be at LTB but we enjoy it so much that we participate a fair amount. Let's participate in both forums while bearing in mind that we can enjoy the spam free forum that Dave gave us. |

| I believe that we should limit the amount of people who get accepted into this new forum. If we just let everyone in that has 200 posts or whatever then after a while there will be like 50% of the users in this forum also. The forum will not be special if there are a big number of users in here. |

| The amount of posts isn't the issue in my opinion. It's the quality of posts. I hate seeing avatars covering two pages of information and people repeatedly saying we should try to get KG Lebron and Nash all for the price of Smush. All the more posts as long as they are quality. That's why I cheer on anyone who can get into this forum if they are going to add quality to it. |

If we let too many users in this forum then the following would happen.
This forum would no longer be special and would serve as the normal forum.
The normal forum would then turn into a worthless waste of webspace
Nobody will be posting in the normal forum |

Actually 200 posts is just one of the requirements. Remember that members need to have three of these 4 requirements to post here:
1)have at least 200 posts
2)have at least 3 positive votes
3)never been banned
4)joined for over 2 years |
