Kobe wants to win plain and simple. It is now his team, so anyone that comes into town will be secondary to him and they know that. There will not be another battle of ego's. Here is his list of five, that I believe he would LOVE to have on the team.
1. KG - This is pretty much a no-brainer. A great friend of Kobe's and one of the top 5 all-around players in the association. He instantly fills a void in the key and provides much needed scoring and rebounding, as well as veteran leadership and a HUGE desire to win a ring.
2. Baron Davis - We need a PG, Kobe knows it. BDiddy and KB24 are friends as well, and BDiddy would love to come back to SoCal. Kobe knows the importance of a solid PG, one that can take the ball up court and distribute so Kobe doesn't have to. Plus he can create his own shot. Can you imagine Baron throwing lobbs to Mamba?
3. Carlos Boozer - Another guy that will score and board - desperate needs of the Lake Show. He's from Duke and as a result he's got a great work ethic. He gets along with 24, doesn't have an ego and would fit well into the triangle offense.
4. Elton Brand - His cross city rival would be a great addition to our team. He's a guy with tons of class and a game to match. I really feel he was a big draw for Kobe possibly going over to the Clippers that summer, and I think the NBA's version of Jack Bauer would love to see him in Purple and Gold.
5. Shaq - Actually, this is one where I think Kobe wishes he never left. It is quite apparent that they have resolved their differences, and have both admitted that it seems that Dr. Buss was the one starting a lot of the problems. They won three together, and had a deadly combination. I think if Kobe could turn back the hands of time he would have wanted Diesel to stay. |

Kobe wanted brand,boozer and davis when they we all free agents why did we not get them then and what makes you think we would now trade for them. Sadly tho 3 are in the past and wont be traded from the respected teams their on beacuse now thier stars of their own teams. |

| YANKEESandLAKERS4LIFE - I simply put a list up of 5 players that I believe that he would like to have on his team. Some of these guys are actually ones that he has mentioned personally. I am not sure how much possibility there is to any of these trades, probably very limited, but I do feel these are guys that he would LOVE to have on his team. |
