| Interesting it could work but I don't see Memphis absorbing JO's contract without getting a young player or a future 1st in return |

KG over any other potential deal without a doubt. How can you not want someone who cares that much.
I am telling you with him and KB, that would be electric. Passion and pride are always welcome on the Lakers especially when you add that KG is a big time baller to boot.
Gasol does not have that in him and never will...
Here is another bonus, who would not want to play with a KG and KB combo. It would make Mitch's job a little easier in the FA market. maybe not this year but the next few summers as they make a title run. |

| good point. i mean Garnet would definetely improve the lakers as long as they can keep a squad around him and Kobe they would be fine. matter of fact scratch that the lakers could pick up me as a point guard and they would still make the playoffs with KB and the Big ticket, lol! |

| but maybe if the lakers get garnet they could trade Kwame and a a filler for Artest. now that would be a championship contender. Farmar, Kobe, Artest, Garnet, and a free agent pick-up or trade pick-up at center. |

I agree with this statement. Kobe and Kevin would make the Lakers extremely tempting to any FA looking to earn a ring. |
