| steve nash via the loose cannons says the suns do not need KG to win. According to MT..nash does not want KG..he likes his chances the way the are..the only reason per nash they didn't go all the way is because of the bogus suspension..If I am the suns...there is no way in hell I give up amare and start fresh with KG...amare is 24...and proven...suns are willing to bite their hand to feed theor face....good call steve kerr..he must be related to kuplink.. |

| nash does have a point actually. i mean amare kicked some buttocks in every playoff series he has played in. amare isnt the problem with that team. |

| Thats for sure. Kg is to old to keep with the run and gun style of play. Amare is just to good and young for KG. |

What makes Robert Horry so great in the postseason? For clutch shots and taking out one of the opposing teams best players via suspension...
Now that, my friends, is the heart of a champion... |

| Amare has far too many problems on defense for them to advance vs. a post heavy team. If Kurt Thomas can play better defense on Tim Duncan than Amare and it's obvious because d`toni (spelling gg) gives kurt that assignment. It's pretty evident that the PHX Suns could use KG's defense, i just don't understand how the Suns expect to get KG without Amare. I hope they pay for trying to low ball like the lakers did with Jason Kidd. |

| KG will not improve the Lakers if we give up Lamar and can't sign Artest, it's simple!Mitch screwed this organisation, we are going from riches to rags. |

Dude im sorry but i disagree completely. Kobe, KG and role players is about the same as Kobe Shaq and role players. No matter what we give up, KG would make us instant title contenders...no doubt in my mind. |

| You must remember though KB and Shaq had veteran role players. KB and KG would have young role players and that makes a big difference Horry, Fisher, Glen Rice, Fox are a lot better than Sasha, Vlad, etc... |

I agree that the trade for KG will make the team very empty and will probably cause the lakers to have to wait a season to really be able to contend for the championship. BUT if the Lakers do make the trade for KG AND give Fisher the full MLE we may be watching the Lakers go as far as the Western conference finals this upcoming season.
Another thought in my head has been popping up every once in a while. Why doesn't Dr. Buss just act like there isnt a NBA luxury tax. He has the pockets for it. All he has to do is reach in and throw it at some veteran talent. |

| Because of CBA restrictions you can't just offer up whatever amount for free agents it doesn't work that way |
