| No offense but there is no way Minnesota would do that. They would be getting absolutely shafted in the deal. The #5 and Szerbiak? |

| id like to see us make a three team deal with boston, minny, and us. kg and jaric to LA, odom and byno to boston, ratliff, jefferson, number 5, 19 picks, and brown to minny. forget about indy. |

| I like that trade a lot. I think holding out on Indy would make things work. Thats a good thought!! I do feel sorry for JO right now though. He thought he would be a Laker by now, and it seems he may end up staying in Indy. |

| i think boston would like byno and odom more anyway. byno easily replaces their top five pick. and even though jefferson has a bigger upside and will be better than odom, they can trade odom after next season because he will be an expiring contract by then. byno will be the main part of the deal. pierce said before last season that he didnt want the celtics to keep their pick. he said that he would rather trade it and bring in veteran help. well, LO is veteran help and byno is their lottery pick they are losing. |

| Very true. I would assume this has been discussed between us and those teams. There has to be something one of them is not liking. I have to think its the Jefferson part like it has been for a few days now. I mean I dont think he is going to be that good? |

Just so you know, Nick, I'm pulling for the L-Dawgs to get KG and keep Kobe. See, I'm not a Kobe-hater after all. I just want them to do something! This in-between cr@p is killing me. Go L-Dawgs! |

i hear u onlymagik i dont know wi24, i would hope that mitch has discussed that possibility. if not, then we need to wake him up and tell him to get on the phone. i think the three way will benefit boston way more than the four way with indy. |

| Agreed. I heard on ESPN earlier that Pierce is starting to grumble a bit. They may have to take JO to make PP stay? That would really help us a lot. I dont think its what Boston wants to do, but if they want to keep PP happy they may have to. |
