CelebsHeights.com is full of ppl who have their opinions for celebrity heights, some arguments are interesting, the photos have weird angles, etc, but I was always under the impression that Kobe Bryant is 6 ft 6
also I remember seeing him listed at 6 ft 7 on NBA.com and ESPN.com
please discuss this with me Smile
besides till the game tonight, LTB doesn't have too many new topics at the moment.

The following link is the Kobe Bryant height discussion forum....
don't let the keyword "Michael Jordan" mislead you in any way.

Despite the fact that discuss about a measurement is senseless without measuring.....here is the evidence

Scaling properly the image according a reference which is the height of howard (211 cms) and Paul (183 cms)..... these are the results

Yeah, I walked by him one time in Metro Point, and said, "This guy is not 6 foot 6." He seemed at the most half a foot taller than me, maybe even less than that. And I am 5 foot 10.

well according to txus picture when you convert meters to feet (multiply by 3.2808399) kobe comes out at 6.46feet so thats 6 feet and .46 of a foot which is 5.952 inches so all in all thats 6'6" this backs up

Kobe himself admitted that his wife measured him at 6 foot 4.5 inches.

I spoke to a Lakers TV producer and he said all NBA heights are made up. Wilt was no more than 6'2" tall. Jerry West was, in fact 5'8" tops. LeBron is barely 5'11." Drew is no more than 6'4" tall. Kareem...6'5."

It is the camer angles and the distance from the court that confuses everyone. He said the amazing thing was that Spud Webb could dunk and he was under 5 feet tall.

Using this as a basis for conversion, logically Kobe is no mopre than 5'10" tall.

BTW Barack Obama is 5'3." It is truly amazing what TV can do!

Kobe's height doesn't matter as long as he plays like Kobe game in game out.
