| I say the T-Mac or Biedrins would be best. If T-Mac came, have Rip come off the bench, whether he likes it or not. If its Biedrins, He plays the four along side Sheed... |

| Yo JBULLY314. Just because I recently joined the forum dosnt mean I have to kiss your .ss or anyone elses. Being labeled as a "Newbie" means nothing to me. I have been a "Die Hard Laker Fan" since 83. I dont need u or this site to label me as a "Die Hard Laker Fan". Please dont make me give u a quiz on Laker History because Im sure u wont be able to answer me. Now just because I have an trade idea dosnt mean that u and you so called longstanding members can say my ideas are "stupid" because I have seen worse trade scenarios by them so get your head out of your .ss. I will say it one more time. Did u, I, or anyone else ever believe that the Lakers would trade Kwame Brown and get Pau Gasol in return? No. So tell your longtime buddies to respect people and their ideas regardless if they are "Newbies". Thank you |

Kissing a** and being respectful to other members are not the same thing. no one is asking you to kiss anyones behind, just be respectful. JBully is trying to point out to you that you are flying off the handle just because someone didn't agree with you. so, some may have rubbed you the wrong way but you are no better by retaliating. Just calm down and try and have a civilized discussion with other members here. |

Look, it's almost impossible to get 5 people to agree what to have for dinner, let alone hundreds of members trying to agree to whos best for the team. If people don't like your idea, that's their opinion, just like it is yours to disagree to it. Could they be more tactful in the way they respond to you? probably, but don't take it so personal. You are just like anyone else here who wants to get their idea across. If someone dosen't like it, so be it. |

| The Kwame - Gasol deal is a lot more respectable than some of the deals that have been , um , "proposed". They got rid of 49 million dollars of Gasol's salary, shedded Brown and McKie for about 10 million-ish, and got two young talented players in return. A steal for the Lakers? Hell yes. But more ridiculious/unbelievable than these "proposed" deals? No. |

Our toughness goes up INSTANTLY. Hinrich is a former all NBA defender and can stroke it with the best of them, perfect for the triangle. Nocioni is a pretty good defender and well and is really tough, he's also got a very nice blend of an inside/outside offensive game.
I think it's possible because both Hinrich and Nocioni are expendable to Chicago, but I've only heard one rumor on this, so it's doubtful to happen.
Hinrich's contract is unusual in that it decreases over the years...
The Artest/Douby/Williams package for Odom would be quite good as well... |

I don't want you to kiss my a$$ or anyone else's. What I do want is for you to be respectful to the opinions of people who have been here longer than you. That's how life works anywhere, at a job, at a school, on a sports team, with umpires, referees, pro golfers, and on message boards like this. You're going to have a chance to have your say and express your opinions, and even disagree with longtime members. If you do it respectfully, everyone will treat you with respect as well. But the way you have come on here and started going off on everyone, that's when a large group of people that have been here are going to start ganging up on you, because we don't want people like that on our site. I'm glad to have you here as long as you try to get along with the respected members that have built a reputation here. For your info, you get labeled a Newbie, or a Die Hard Laker fan based on the number of posts you have made. Nobody labels you based on what you say, it's strictly the number of posts. So get over it, you're popping off about something you don't even understand. Go along to get a long and you'll find that this is a great site for information and discussion. But continue to attack members and you will find that a large number of longtime members will go after you. |

| I wouldnt like to see the Lakers part with Farmer. What about trading Radmanovic for one solid PF to back up Gasol, like Chris Wilcox, since no one will trade for Walton because of his contract. Trevor Ariza is the defensive minded SF that can check Paul Pierce but during this offseason have Lamar Odom work on going to the basket strong, work on his jumping and dunking, 3 point and mid-range jump shots, and going to his right instead of his left all the time. Work on Odom as a project. Its a mental thing with him. Next year we sign Artest. |

Odom's never really shown to have a good work ethic. I don't have faith that he'll try to improve. Then again, contract years have brought the best out of people before..... |

| Wilcox is 13.4 and 7 a game.... his talent is far superior to Radmanovic. No way OKC does that deal, in my estimation. |

| You get respect by earning it. It's not automatic. There's a difference between someone who commands respect and someone who demands respect. Someone who commands respect will always get it. Someone who demands it, like you are, won't ever earn respect. |

| VujacicSlovenia. Whats your opinion? What would be a better trade for Radmanovic? The Space Kadet needs to go. |
