| On Realgm theres this thing called trade tracker where you see players that are on the trading block and you could see the possible destinations and Artest Name is there and it says that the Lakers are a possible destination for Ron Artest, and also the Knicks |

| He'd bring us the defensive toughness and the lock down defender swager that we need...but it'd be hard to pull out a deal with the ex rival kings..... |

| Yeah, this is kinda old! but with Memphis foolishlishly giving up Pau for free, M sure the Kings won't give up Artest to the Lakers in a Golden Platter. |

I've heard that the Nuggets want to trade for Artest...they just don't want Kleiza to be in the deal...why wouldn't you send away Kleiza & another player or two for Artest...he'll bring what the Nuggets lack the most...defense...toughness...I know Camby is the reigning defensive player of the year, but he's a big and doesn't guard strong forwards & guards...
Really, it still doesn't matter if they have him or not because the Lakers will still run over the Nuggets...but that doesn't mean that it won't be fun to watch... |

I don't want Artest. Yes he can provide needed defense in the perimeter, but can he co-exist with Kobe and the rest of the Lakers, now that Pau and Andrew are 2nd and 3rd options? I like our team right now. Mitch addressed this before the season began and he said that keeping a team intact will have benefits in the end. Except for the trade for Pau, our team has been together for at least 3-4 years now that is why everybody knows what everbody does on the court. And the most inportant thing is that sense of trust with each other.
No to Artest. |

| the nuggets are trying to get him cheap because he can and will opt out. it's almost like baseball when you "rent" a player just for the playoffs. they also have anthony at the 3 and ai plays 2 sometimes. like you wrote, i dont really care what the nuggets do. |
