It doesn't matter for how long he is signed for, I believe, a player option is a player option. |

I think that he's signed for thru 08/09 but the player option in 07/08 gives him some leverage.
The timing of the Slam article and the player option in 07/08 are just too coincidental to be coincidental. |

| I may as well go ahead and shoot myself in the foot (or the Lakers org, whatever) but let me ask, could the interest the Lakers' have in Harrington be another "sign". |

| exactly momo. thats the point ive been trying to make with us getting kg. if he goes to management and says trade me to LA or im exercising my right to be a free agent next season, they'll have no choice to trade him, because if they lose him and get nothing, imagine how pissed the minny fans will be. thats why i wouldnt hesitate to sign al harry to a long term contract at 10 mil a season. |

Well, the cat's out of the bag So, anyhow, I just trust the Lakers' org to do the right thing. They have to make the decisions, and as a fan, I believe that I have to support the front office, too.
Not that if they did something dumb, I wouldn't point it out, but I really don't think we have a bad front office. I really don't. |
