Lamar Odom was the number 15 in the league as a power forward according to Bassline Spin.com. If he gets a season in at the 3, he will be in the top 10 IMO.
Bynum was the number 2 center
Kobe was the number 1 shooting guard
Jordan was the number 18 point guard
Ariza was the number 21 small forward.
I could not detect how 'efficiency' was determined though they seemed to emphasize playing time as a primary criteria.
