| He's not on anyone's team... and no one got him in Cooper's little sim (even though I gave him my MLE offer to Okafor.) For some reason he is listed in the draft prospects, along with a few other Bobcats players. |

It's a mistake. Since there is no Bobcats team, all their players became free agents. For some reason some were listed as draft prospects and others as free agents.
They won't be in the draft, as that would make absolutely no sense at all. |

| Since Free Agency is open now, you can sign anyone (on a first come, first serve basis) to a 1 year minimum contract. You don't have to use any MLE or LLE or anything. Check out this thread |
