Yeah, I say if this is gonna happen, it's RJ, Redd, Marion, Prince, or Melo. Denver needs a PG and Melo just isn't working for them. Milwaukee lost Mo Williams and need a PG, and this thing with the 2-month rule for RJ's trade just scares me and makes me think. Redd is also a grewat shooter that PJax would want. There have always been rumors of Marion coming here and Pat Riley LOVES Lamar and they need a PG. And the Pistons just wanna make some huge trades, an they might want Farmar for the future so Stuckey will only play the SG.
They can just get so much better value for 'Melo than Lamar. Remember they supposedly nixed a Billups and Prince deal for 'Melo. |

i say that ....regardless of the trade the will/will not happen tommorow..i feel that SUN YUE will end up being our future PG..i feel that farmar just does not have the type of potential and game that we will need in a future point guard..farmar just doesnt have that type of pure playmaking ability...Sure he can shoot the 3 ball fairly well, but he has NO mid range game ....and NO DRIVING GAME...and even his passes are NOT that accurate....and i am glad..that SUN YUE..is finally a laker.
just my 2 cents!!
oh and on the trade that might happen tommorow ...I HOPE ITS PRINCE>>HE IS PERFECT FOR THE TRIANGLE...BUT i would also be happy with jefferson or marion also.. |

| Yeah, if there's going to be a deal - it's probably going to be with one of those four teams involved... |

| out of all 4 of those guys, i would take redd because he will stretch out the floor and give kobe, gasol, and bynum with room to work with. he is also a big time scorer. so if i got offered redd for odom, i would take it in a heart beat. over marion, rj, and prince. prince to me is way overrated. he's a good player, just too much to give away for him |

I don't think any trade is coming - and for me that's great - because I don't want to trade Lamar away and/or Jordan. These are good players and we will have a great year with them.
Also, I love the Sun Yue trade. If he can really get some NBA time on the floor and become a player with excellent handles and a decent shot and passing skills - then there is no limit how effective he could be in the triangle offense with these amazing players to pass to. At 6'9" he can really only one day add to our shot blocking and rebounding from the guard position. I'm very excited about this pickup. |

agree. A 6'9" point guard? The possibilities are endless. Imagine him rebounding the ball, and handling the fast break at the same time. He still has parts of his game he does need to work on a lot though. |

| I would like to know where everyone is getting these rumors that Jordan Farmar is going to be traded. Could someone please enlighten me on that. Because, quite frankly, I think you guys are just being crazy and making up your own rumors. Course, I will take that back if I could get proof there is a rumor that Farmar could be traded. |

Ummm, no one is getting any rumors. Yeah, they are coming up with their own trades. You can't comprehend that from reading their posts? |

| sun yue will most likely play like boris diaw, more of a forward/guard than a point guard... diaw came over here with the intentions of playing point guard and it never worked out for him in Atlanta..... i could be wrong tho.... but either way there is a log jam at either position he will play... so do not expect big things from sun this season at least.... i hate to say it, but its reality |

| whatever the case, I think its stupid to say this guy may be traded or that guy may be traded. Unless the Lakers organization says it, its not a rumor |
