The Laker Nation, as seen in every Laker game, has the most celebrity fans. Now, a lot may say that most of them are bandwagoners, which is not necessarily a lie. I won't be surprised AT ALL when I see celebrities attending Clipper games next season, with the acquisition of Baron.
However, we Lakers do have loyal celebrities who follow our team through thick and thin. Obviously, one of the most well known loyal fan is Jack Nicholson. Others that come to mind are Denzel Washington, Ice Cube, and Dyan Cannon. One of the newest (and so far loyal) is David Beckham. He's been consistent in attending Laker home games, since he arrived at LA.
Then, there are those underrated celebrities, who attend Laker games, but aren't noticed much. An example could be Lou Adler. He isn't talked about much, as Jack sits next to him and takes most of the spotlight.
What about you? Who do you believe are some of the most loyal celebrity Laker fans? Who are your favorite? Or, who are you're most hated celebrity fans? Are there any celebrities you WISH were Laker fans?? |

Flea is a close second. He really knows the game, and even has his own column from time to time... |

| Jack without a doubt. He actually watches the games and I love seeing him get fired up when we're playing like crap. If I could afford it I'd be right there next to him, lol. I also enjoy Dyan Cannon too cuz she's one of the few female celebrities who also pays attention and doesn't seem to be there for the attention. |

| Of course Jack is #1. For runner-up I'll go with Flea. He may not show for the games much but that dude writes a blog on the Laker website. If you read it, he shows alot of support and positive attitude, regardless of how the team's doing. Also I think Ice Cube is true fan. |

Denzel isn't really a laker fan. I remember reading an interview with him, and he basically was talking about how he is a New York guy, that he roots for the Knicks and the Yankees. And that basically the only reason why he would have anything to do with L.A. is if it was for business. I think he's just one of those celebrities that just comes to the games to get seen. The only actual fans are Jack, Dyan Cannon, and Flea. Everyone else you can tell doesn't really seem to care about the game at all. |
