| Did somebody say we wanted Landry? If so, I missed it. I think that Caz intended that Houston, who has already made a qualifying offer for their own player, Landry, are interested in resigning him... |

As far as I am concerned Sasha is better player then Luke, and Luke got 25 million for five years.
Agree. And you mean to tell me that the Lakers can't afford to go over the cap? Between going to a game at Staples and all the stuff I've gotten for my family, I donated over a thousand dollars myself this last season. And I know I'm not the only one, lol. But I don't think it's for real anyway. |

| Yup Sasha is indeed better than Luke because competitive fire brings a player's stock up... and Sasha has way more in that department than Fluke.. not to mention he can drain a shot more consistently. |

Yeah, but you can't really look at it like that. I mean, I'm sure many people would say that Vujacic was 5 times more important than Walton, but the Lakers can't obviously give him 125 million.... |

I wasn't saying that but 30 over 6 is not unrealistic. Maybe a little high but compared to other salaries not really. And I'm not saying paying 125 million a yr but the Lakers CAN AFFORD to pay a little luxury tax without hindering the team's financial future or success. |

It's all about timing, Luke was in the right place, w/the right team who was desperate to keep him. Sasha is more valuable to us, but now, the timing is different. It's just like Devean George a few years ago. I wnt to keep Sasha, but not at $30 mil. We already have 2 bad contract players in Luke and Vlad. Don't forget, this was Sasha's 1st break out year. Caution Please. |
