Los Lakers seleccionaron a Joe Crawford de la universidad de Kentucky, con la selección #58 en el 2008 Draft NBA.
Crawford es 6'4 y 217lbs. Como un mayor en Kentucky él hizo un promedio de ppg 17.9, 2.1 apg, y 3.6 rpg. Él también tiró 36% allá del arco.
