It is game four Lakers vs Celtics. I notice everybody is kind of quiet today. Is it nervous time again or our Lakers going to tie the series.
I think the Lakers will tie the series tonight. Lamar and Gasol will have big games. Kobe will keep driving hard and geting fouled. Getting the Celtics in foul trouble is very important. |

| Perkins in foul trouble early seems to be a theme in this series. That needs to happen again and then we need to take it to KG. Pau and Odom must be active on the boards and aggressive offensively (but smart). If these things happen, we will win convincingly. |

yea, but Lamar has been in as much foul trouble as perkins, and lamar is the x factor in the series! |

Fisher
Vujacic
Bryant
Odom
Gasol
What do you think? |

| I don't think you mess with a starting line up this far into the playoffs. Sasha is doing great off the bench and finishing games strong for us. He is the relief for Kobe when Kobe comes out for brief rests and I wouldn't want any less production from the bench. |

This game is another huge one. If we tie tonight, which I am sure we will, then all of a sudden some of the wind will be taken out of the Boston sails. They know we could of stolen two in Boston and then won an ugly one in L.A. with true grit. If we can get them tonight by 10 or more points - some flashbacks to the Hawks and the Cavs series will creep into Boston's enlarged heads. And they may begin to panic a little knowing that this Laker team is FAR better then the Hawks or Cavs and CAN take them at home.
There might be some tight lips and tight shoots coming from the Celtics if we can tie it at 2-2 and they can have a couple of days to think about it. And think about going down 3-2 if they can't beat a surging Laker team on Sunday. Wow. It would be just fantastic to get them tonight and a must win for us. If we can - the media will start to question the Celtics - can they beat the Lakers - will this be a Miami/Dallas type of series etc. Nice.
The Celtics are already thinking about changing their starting point guard to Allen instead of Rondo. Wow. That is a huge move. It is not like changing a power forward - it is changing your FLOOR GENERAL. The guy that runs your offense. I see a sense of confusion already from the Celtics. If we win tonight there may be some serious doubts. This will work in our favor.
Also, if we win tonight the mojo we broke with the first win will be further broken and even more confidence will flow into our team. Awesome. We will not be as tight being tied then being down. We must win tonight! |

I have to think several players are due, including Gasol, Odom, Fisher, and Radmanovic. Maybe, just maybe Odom and Radmanovic won't be in foul trouble most of the night.
It's encouraging to know we can play some good D once in awhile, so hopefully our guys show the same tenacity on D as in Game 3.
Pierce and Garnett are not going to shoot so poorly again tonight, so we will need to at least finish in the 90s tonight I bet.
I hope we jump out to an early start and crush their hopes of winning early!
In Phil and Kobe we trust!
Go L A K E R S ! |

Option 1: Need the tri working better with passes in to Pau then back out and around to a cutter or the 3. But Boston is OK with Pau being the center of the offense. He isn't doing much. If Pau can find a way to contribute out of the tri then that would be the best thing.
Option 2: Lakers drive and kick (or drive and shoot) then good things happen. Only Lamar and Kobe seem to have the ability to do that (Fish a little in transition). So, if Kobe and Lamar are on then things go good.
Option 3: Find a way to run, run, run. Lakers are FAR more athletic than the Celtics. C's are dropping back very fast on transition D so Lakers get nothing going on the break. Find a way to hit the defensive boards and beat them down the floor and things will go great.
Option 4: Celtic bus breaks down in traffic on the way to Staples Center and they forfit! That would be home freeway advantage!!!!! |

| We need Lamar to show up tonight and i mean really make his presence felt to help some load off of Kobe's shoulder. We will not win this series with only Kobe and Sasha doing the scoring, Pau and Lamar must contribute significantly which i am confident they will this game. GO LAKERS!!! |

| I'm hoping our other guys can't play as bad as they played the other night. If they do we lose. I'm believing we will tie it up tonight. Go Lakers!! By the way how many of you guys like this announce team?? All of them seem annoying to me except Breen. |

I dunno I just don't like 2 of them. One says totally off the wall stuff and along with the other one saying the same off the wall stuff he thinks he's a comedian. Every now and then he's funny but not too often. |
