Well, might as well get my usual hex-averting prognostication of total Laker disaster out of the way.
The Muppets hold the Lakers to a record low score in the post 24-second clock era. Bryant and Gasol both tossed in the first quarter for fighting (each other!).
J.R. Smith sets a new record for most 3-pt shots without a miss (13-13) and finishes the game with 82 points.
The Muppets crush the Lakers 139 - 53! |

I feel like this game is gonna be close until the final 2 minutes where the Lakers just play much better than the Nuggets.
Lakers win 116-111. |

Omark,
It should be obvious from the absurdity of the prognostication, that this is just a rather strange way of not wanting to hex the Lakers - it is due to my being too superstitious - the logic would be that when I am sure that the Lakers should win, that they lose. Therefore, I predict disaster (but try to make it so absurd that it is clear what I am doing) just to make sure the Lakers win! |

| I want this game more than game two. 1) Because it's in Denver. 2) Because I would hate to see Denver take a ride on Mr. Momentum and possibly win games three and four. 3) Because Mr. Smith is talking trash about Kobe. 4) Because I'm already mad at the name calling Kobe will recieve from the Nugget's fans and I'm certain it won't be nice. They will make, "DUI" sound elegant. No class. |

| Lakers need to lock down on defence and shut out the paint. Vlade did a good job on Melo last time, let's see if he can do it again |

Let's take it up to 3-0 today!
IMO this game is the most important...I'd rather get this game won and if Denver does win a game, I'd rather it be game 4...like someone said, I'd hate to see Denver gain momentum IF they win game 3 and possibly even game 4, and end up going back to LA tied up
Lakers just have to remember to play the game to THEIR tempo and style, and NOT Denver's pace...come out early being aggressive with the energy and put the crowd out of it so that the Lakers don't start to panic and make stupid decisions based on the crowd going crazy...
Let's get one step closer to finishing this series off! |

We need this game!!!!
This is the checkmate, it´s next to impossible to comeback from a 0-3. if we win today, Denver is finish. As simple as that. |

| Most important Game, if they beat us they are goin to think that they can do that always, we don´t have to make them believers, we need to come out strong in the first quarter. I think that the playoff type game that we played i phoenix (shaq debut) is going to count as the game in the worst atmosphere possible so we are going to play this game with experience under our belt. |

| The game will be a rough and tough game for the Lakers today. The Nuggets are against the wall and are going to let it all hang out. JR Smith will be an animal today. The Lakers will win, but it will be only by five points. This game is very important for both teams. The Lakers have to remember what happened to them last season against the Sun's and can not let up on defense. And the Nuggets know that if they lose this one, it is over. |

| Utah, New Orleans, Orlando, & Cleveland all won their first two games of the series...and they all lost the third game of the series...all of them except for Utah won those games at home...the Lakers need to make sure they take care of business, like the defending champion Spurs did against the Suns...it's time to get a 3-0 series lead and finish it off early... |

| Alright it's GAME TIME. We have the McNuggets trapped in the corner. With a win here we'll have our foot firmly planted on their throats. |

| We HAVE to come out strong, you can't expect to come from behind in the playoffs. I say establish Gasol early, and have Kobe work from there. |
