Cobbler, good to see you on here again - always enjoy reading your posts. From someone having such a good season last year, it would seem rather odd that he suddenly "under performed" this season. The guy has been hurt and unfortunately, Luke does not have the abilities to play like Kobe when he is hurt, so I would say that Luke had a dissapointing season, but I'm not gonna "hate" the guy for it.
Exactly! We have gotten spoiled with Kobe's ability to play through pain. Many palyers cannot do that. Luke will be fine. Hopefully he can keep up the performance he has shown in the last several games. |

| There is a big big difference betqween a superstar playing hurt vs a role player playing hurt, the superstar has a lot more wriggle room in regards to still being able to perform at a pretty decent level. Luke is a good role player and I've defended that all year, even though some of his decision making has been questionable at times. I'd rather have Luke posting up as opposed to Vlad who woul;d be doing turn around jumpers agsint mismatches. If we can get Ariza back and get him some burn in this eries, that would help us out a lot. |

| With all the focus on Kobe, Pau and Lamar, the other guys including Luke should be able to get great looks if they are aggressive and move without the ball. I do like that Luke takes it to the hole instead of always settling for a jumpshot. |

LUke is the mannnn
my dad just to hate him so much because he will always miss the easy, open shotsssss
but vlade is doing does things now!
vlade is missing the open threes
Luke has to keep playing hard and post anybody up and get some points
but i just want him to keep his TO low in the playoffs
they have been pretty high |

| Luke Walton has been absolutely killing the Denver Nuggets in the first three games of the series. I dont know what finally spurred him to come around but I am glad that it did. He is really playing very well and I have been taking him to task as much as anyone on these boards. Go Luke! |

| Luke is playing terrific. It's not just his numbers, he brings a lot of intangible things to the team. If KB, LO, Fish and PG are the big brothers of the team, Luke is the middle brother who the young bucks look to for guidance. you can tell if you watch the side lines. He's a smart player and everyone likes him, great combo. |
