Post subject: New Guideline for picture sizes in avatars and signatures

Hey guys I need your help on this. Some of you have avatar and signature pics that are a bit too large. How do you know if it's too big? For avatars, anything over 200 pixels wide is too wide, and anything over 400 pixels tall is too long. For sigs 400 pixels by 300 pixels would be the maximum. How can you tell what the dimensions are? If you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox you can simply right-click on an image, then select Properties and it will tell you its width and height.

These picture size guidelines are to help make the forum more readable so fellow members don't have to keep scrolling to the right (and too far down) to read forum posts.

Nice move.
BUT, you DON'T have to change your avatars/sigs. There are sites that can reduce the size of pictures.... |
