WOW!!! If Mitch can pull this one it might be another steal in the making. Navarro has great chemistry with Pau, and work well together. Apparently Navarro wants to come over to the Lakers because of Pau being shipped over here, and is not very happy right now.

He's a shooter. If the dude catches fire he really lights it up from distance but his D isn't anything to write home about. But I mean the deal is Coby Karl and a 2nd rnd pick for a guy who played on the Spanish Natl. team (who won the FIBA gold I believe a few years back) with Pau. |

| the real question is why? he's no better than sasha- I mean he could be our 3rd string PG and I understand he can shoot , but we'll have to sign him at the end of the year same as sasha- and the machine is a little more pesky on D |

| i wouldnt mind trading karl for navarro, like everyone else says, karl doesnt play anyways. if we could get gasol to get his girlfriend over here, maybe we have better chances of getting his own brother out here too! plus we'll instantly solve memphis' guard issue so crit doesnt have to worry about battling it out for playing time over there. navarro > karl ... lets do it. |

There is a common theme with Laker trades.
1) WHatever has been rumored doesn't come to fruition
2) Our trades have just happened surprising everyone, no rumors or execs hearing anything. |
