More to come from Monday's practice, but here's the latest from Phil Jackson on the status of Pau Gasol ahead of Tuesday's season opener (Pau didn't practice today):
Q: Has Pau been ruled out for tomorrow?
A: "We have to submit an active roster today, and he's on the active roster."
Q: Do you think he'll play?
A: "That's a game decision... He's more optimistic than he has been. He's much more optimistic than he was, say, Friday or last week."
So there you have it. We'll just have to wait, but I'm inclined to guess- and that's all it is- that Gasol will sit tomorrow night. Hamstrings are far too temperamental to mess with, and it's a long season.

There's no "i" in team, but there is in win.
